This style of class is based on different modern styles such as Limon, Graham, Cunningham or the release technique. The class starts with a warm up and stretch. The technique is improved through dance exercises in the room or on the floor. At the end of each class, a choreography is rehearsed.

More InformationBouldering, climbing just above ground with pads, is easy to practice, does not require any previous experience or special instruction and can be done alone or in a group. It increases core tension, improves balance and coordination. Climbing, like bouldering, means completing different routes in a vertical setting. However, climbing predicates the use of a climbing harness and a rope. This means that experience and competence in belay techniques as well as a climbing partner are required. This offer does not include a taught lesson. The students boulder or climb independently.

The basics of Parkour and Freerunning are taught, afterwards self-training can be carried out or small challenges can be asked for those who want to participate.
