Student Personal Data Form

The student personal data form is used to determine which canton is responsible for funding your studies according to the intercantonal agreement on the Universities of Applied Sciences.

Since large sums of money are required to finance your studies, please make sure that you answer all questions correctly.

As soon as an answer refers you to a listed item (A, B, C, D, E1, E2) on the back of the form, no further questions can be answered. If you have any questions, please contact the administration of your university or college.

Students from the Principality of Liechtenstein have the same rights as Swiss nationals and are therefore not considered as foreign nationals.

All submitted residence confirmations must be originals. They may not be dated more than 3 months before the start of your studies. A settlement permit does not count as a confirmation of residence.
